I’m a playful and passionate student of Life and a grateful Lover of “What is”. My purpose in life is to be aware, alive, fully engaged, sharing my gifts and celebrating each moment. I am dedicated to soulful self-discovery and self-expression. My life is about living to the fullest while honoring my True Nature. I am committed to ongoing expansion. I follow my soul guidance to move from the comfort zone to the unfamiliar territory. At the core of my being I am Light, Love, Wisdom and Compassion I am One with All That Is.. LIFE IS MY GREATEST TEACHER. I LOVE MY LIFE! I also love dark chocolate, Human Spirit, Sun, Moon, Earth, Sky, each blade of grass and every rock. I love my ZEN cat Scruffy Rinpoche. I love brown rice, cabbage, avocados, mango and kale. I love my husband, my family, my friends and people. Conscious Breathing, Laughter, Meditation and Self-Inquiry are my daily spiritual tools. I have been practicing Zen Meditation for 25 years. I WAS BORN TO LAUGH! I am "gaga" over laughter. LAUGHTER IS BLISS! Laughter transforms my life and illuminates the World. I am on a spiral journey of my own becoming. I am passionate about making a difference in people’s lives through laughter, love, joy and inspiration. Coaching is a gift of my heart and I am honored to do this sacred work of transformation. I care deeply for people and have mentored many. Each coaching relationship- every dream is precious and important to me. I LOVE YOU! I love to grow and expand. I am sensitive yet strong, I can be serious and very playful. I have every quality that is present in human beings and I am capable of feeling every emotion. I trust the guidance of my Heart and see the world as a Divine Perfection I see YOU as a Fractal Expression of GOD wearing a human garment I created my website in 2004 to share a variety of life-enhancing tools/ modalities and to provide support and inspiration for Soulful Self Mastery. My site is a reflection of me – and is always evolving My commitment is to continue my journey of self discovery and self expression and to inspire others to do the same. I enjoy creative processes, being in the flow and the end result that can be shared with others. Born as a second child to my wonderful parents I was raised in Poland and moved to the US over 30 years ago. My dearest parents joined the Spirit world. My older brother Yurek lives in France with his wife, Bozenka. At the present moment, Newport Beach, California is our home that I share with my husband, Khevin-magician, entertainer, my 90-year old mother in-law Phyllis and our child-cat, Majestic Scruffy Rinpoche. Throughout the years I have been a bookkeeper, personal director, tax-preparer, accountant, volunteer fire fighter, Birkenstock store owner, magician's assistant, hospice volunteer, gallery manager and the proud mother of "Brutus" - Giant Schnauzer and "Tiny" - Great Dane.
