The suffering is optional.

Our mind can be our friend or our enemy. A questioned mind clears the mental fog and
returns to stillness. It is our ally and a source of ever-present love, joy and compassion.  
It creates harmony, cooperation with others and ONENESS.

Following our passions takes us to the life we were born to live.
Our interests, things we love to do, things we are good at point us in the right direction.
They are the calls from our essence. When we pay attention we can hear the small still
voice that speak to us from the day we were born. Trusting this voice honors our true nature.
